The 'Hot and Spicy' class tasks this year's competitors to design a display for the opening of a Pan Asian gourmet restaurant.
Vintage Chic, Autumn Preserves, Music Makers and Pot-et-Fleur are just some of the themes also to be featured in the flower arranging displays.
