NEHS Grants Programme 2018

Profits from the Harrogate Flower Shows are handed back to the North of England Horticultural Society, enabling the charity to continue its important work in promoting horticulture.

The society launched its grant programme in 2012 to provide funding for community projects across the north of England. This year we have a special award offering community groups the chance to win a fantastic wooden greenhouse to help them continue their work.
The Woodpecker Joinery Award is open to community groups across the north of England - click here for more details.
Woodpecker Joinery are also supporting a new education award called Fresh Start, aimed at encouraging schools and colleges to become involvedwith horticulture through hands-on activity and development.
Applications are also invited in the following categories:
Improving our landscape - aimed at community societies, friends groups and organisations committed to improving their local landscape.
A Greener Future: The Dr Bruce Rigby Programme - support for individuals keen to develop a career in horticulture.

The deadline for 2018 applications is 5pm on Thursday 12 July 2018
