Here are sample menus for the restaurants at the autumn flower show. Please note that these may be subject to change.

The Garden Restaurant (self service)

Green lentil, olive and sun-blushed tomato salad on mixed leaves with homemade slaw and humous (vegan)

Parma ham with sweet galia melon and an orange and mint dressing
Roasted vegetable salad with rocket and a red pepper and thyme dressing (vegan)

Main course
Escalope of salmon served with a new potato and pea crush, asparagus spears, courgette ribbons and Hollandaise sauce
Chargrilled breast of Nidderdale chicken stuffed with spinach and cream cheese, served on a new potato and pea crush with baby carrots and herb Beurre Blanc
Baked aubergine stuffed with Mediterranean roast vegetables served on Camargue red rice tossed with zucchini, red onions and toasted seeds, served with a lemon olive oil and thyme Salsa Verde (vegan)

Dessert
Apple or pear frangipani with raspberry jam and almond, served with whipped double cream
Lemon brulee tart with raspberry coulis
Coconut vanilla panna cotta with passion fruit, pineapple and lime salad (vegan)

£30 - £35 per person (minimum booking required 2 guests) including water, coffee and tea. Wine available at extra cost.
