With lively demonstrations our experts share tips for creating delicious pickles, chutneys, and jams with the pick of the crop from the allotment. Also learn the secrets to drying and pressing flowers, and get inspired on how to craft stunning displays with them!

11.00am - In a Pickle 

Preserving fruit and vegetables, with pickles, jams and chutneys including a super simple fridge pickle.

1.00pm - Liquid Lunch

Creating infused oils and vinegars, alongside tips on home-inspired alcoholic tipples and cracking country wines.

3.00pm - Dry and Delicious

Practical tips for drying and dehydrating fruit, vegetables and flowers. Create fantastic edible gifts, from flavoured sugars to tasty salts.
