Film and photographs of the show may be taken by third parties for use in media opportunities and may also be used to promote the activities of the NEHS, Harrogate Flower Shows and its partners.

Making a purchase
All pre-booked orders are subject to a £1 postage and admin charge (NB: this is per order, NOT per ticket). All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangable, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Pre-booked and discounted tickets can only be purchased until the date/ time specified for each show. After that, they will be available at full price.
Child tickets are now available on our website and are free for children under 16 when accopanied by an adult. Please note that our gate staff may ask for proof of your child's age on entry to the show. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Hospitality Area of the President's Pavilion.
Coach companies/group: please contact the Show office as these orders are processed/invoiced separately on a sale or return basis.
Online: We accept all major credit/debit cards, except American Express, which are processed on our behalf by Optomany.
Your account is debited by Optomany at the time you place your order. (see Delivery policy).
Your card payment will be authorised when you are on-line and you will receive a receipt by e-mail if the payment transaction has been successful. If you do not receive this confirmation, please try again later or contact the show office. We have no control over the Optomany part of the order.
Once your payment has been accepted by Optomany, we will be informed of your ticket requirements and your order processed in the usual way.
Your payment card details are not passed on to the NEHS.
Telephone: We accept all major credit/debit cards except American Express. Call the Ticket Hotline 01423 648212 (Lines are open Mon - Fri: 9.30am - 3.30pm). Please note, the telephone lines can get very busy during the last few days of the pre-booking period. Early booking is advised.
Printed tickets should be mailed out by second class post within 7 working days. We cannot be held accountable for postal delays/problems. If you require your tickets by a specific date, please make sure you place your order in good time.
NB: We normally offer a quick turnaround in processing your order. However there is always a huge increase in the number of orders placed during the last few days of the pre-booking period and a delay between placing your order and posting may be unavoidable. All orders will be sent out by the Saturday preceding the show.
Overseas customers will be asked to collect their tickets on arrival at the Show. Please note: the Society will not issue letters of invitation under any circumstances. Details of any such requests will be passed on to UK visas www.ukvisas.gov.uk
We reserve the right to ask any customer to collect their tickets on arrival at the show.
If we suspect any booking has been made fraudulently, we reserve the right to withhold the order. The relevant authorities will be informed.
Credit card security
All payment card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach Optomany. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Your payment card details are not passed on to the NEHS.
Pre-booked tickets are day-specific and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless purchased as part of a group/coach booking on an agreed sale or return basis.
Confidentiality: this e-mail/attachment is intended for the above named only and may be confidential. If it has come to you in error you must take no action based on it nor must you copy or show it to anyone; please reply to this e-mail and highlight the error. Please delete all instances of the e-mail/attachment from your systems.
Security warning: Please note that Internet e-mail is not a 100% secure communications medium. We advise that you understand and observe this lack of security when e-mailing us.
Viruses: although we have taken steps to ensure that this e-mail/attachment is free from any virus, we advise that in keeping with good IT practise you should ensure it is virus free.
