Making a purchase
All pre-booked orders are subject to a £1 administration charge per transaction.
Please be aware that all tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Tickets booked for a specific date and/or time cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded.
Pre-booked and discounted tickets can only be purchased until the cut-off date/ time specified at the outset for each show. After that, they will be available at full price. Please note that e-tickets must be printed out at home or presented at the gate via a smart phone.
We welcome all visitors to the show. For those requiring the additional assistance of a carer to visit the event, complimentary carer tickets are available online by selecting this from the drop down box during ticket purchase.
Please note that one example of the following supporting documentation will be required on entry to the show to validate the carer ticket: Personal Independence Payments (PIP’s), Severe Disablement Allowance, Attendance Allowance, War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance or War or Service Disablement Pension, Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI Certificate), or confirmation from Social Services or GP that the person has long term disability (including learning) and requires a full time carer.
If this documentation is not provided at point of entry to the event, a full priced ticket must be purchased.
Child tickets are available online by selecting this from the drop down box during ticket purchase. Please note that our gate staff may ask for proof of your child's age on entry to the show.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, except American Express, which are processed on our behalf by external provider, Optomany. All payment card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach Optomany. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Your account is debited by Optomany at the time you place your order and you will receive a receipt by e-mail if the payment transaction has been successful. Your payment card details are not passed on to Harrogate Flower Shows/North of England Horticultural Society.
Purchased tickets are day-specific and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Emails/attachments issued by Harrogate Flower Shows/North of England Horticultural Society are intended for the named recipient only. If a message has been received in error, please delete and advise Harrogate Flower Shows/North of England Horticultural Society by messaging [email protected]
Please be aware that e-mail is not a 100% secure communications medium. Whilst Harrogate Flower Shows/North of England Horticultural Society take steps to ensure that any e-correspondence is virus free, we recommend maintaining appropriate IT practice in order to negate any potential issues.
Film and photographs of the show may be taken by third parties for use in media opportunities and may also be used to promote the activities of the NEHS, Harrogate Flower Shows and its partners.
Pets at the event
Pets are not permitted at events staged by Harrogate Flower Shows/North of England Horticultural Society. Assistance dogs are welcome.
