Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details, if you select that option. MAKING A PURCHASE
All pre-booked orders are subject to a £2.00 administration charge per transaction.
Selected Day Tickets
Tickets booked for a specific date are only valid for admission on the date specified at the time of purchase.
The Early Bird discounted ticket price can only be purchased until Tuesday 6 April 2027. From Wednesday 7 April 2027, tickets will be available at full price.
Any Day Tickets
Any Day Tickets are valid for admission on any one day of the show. They can be used once only and are not valid for re-entry or admission on more than one day. Any Day Tickets are subject to limited availability. Carer and child tickets may be added to an Any Day Ticket where applicable. There is no Early Bird ticket discount available for this ticket type.
Bloom & Brunch VIP Experience Tickets
Bloom & Brunch VIP Experience Tickets include admission to the show on the date specified at the time of booking and are valid for one person only. Complimentary carer tickets and child tickets cannot be added to Bloom & Brunch VIP Experience Tickets.
Bloom & Brunch is a set-menu event. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available and must be requested at the time of booking. We are unable to accommodate bespoke catering requests for individual dietary requirements. Please review the menu before booking to ensure the available options are suitable for your needs.
While every care is taken in the preparation of food, all dishes are prepared in an environment where allergens are present and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of allergens.
Tables seat 8–10 people, with smaller parties seated on shared tables. A limited number of Bloom & Brunch VIP Experience Tickets are available for each event.
VIP Parking Tickets
General parking at the show is free. Optional VIP Parking Tickets are available in limited number for an additional charge and are valid for the date specified at the time of booking only.
Carer Tickets
We welcome all visitors to the show. For those requiring the additional assistance of a carer to visit the event, a complimentary carer ticket is available online by selecting this from the drop-down box during ticket purchase. Carer tickets can be added to eligible Selected Day and Any Day Tickets but cannot be added to Bloom & Brunch VIP Experience Tickets.
Please note that one example of the following supporting documentation will be required on entry to the show to validate the carer ticket: Personal Independence Payments (PIP’s), Severe Disablement Allowance, Attendance Allowance, War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance, or War or Service Disablement Pension, Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI Certificate), or confirmation from Social Services or GP that the person has long-term disability (including learning) and requires a full-time carer.
Carer tickets are offered on a discretionary basis by Harrogate Flower Shows. The organisation reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
If this documentation is not provided at point of entry to the event, a full priced ticket must be purchased.
Child Tickets
Child tickets are available online by selecting this option from the drop-down box during ticket booking and are only available when booking with an adult ticket. Child tickets can be added to eligible Selected Day and Any Day Tickets but cannot be added to Bloom & Brunch VIP Experience Tickets. Please note that our gate staff may ask for proof of your child's age on entry to the show.
Please note that ALL e-tickets must be printed out at home or presented at the gate via a smartphone to gain entry to the Show.
ONLINE TRANSACTIONS
We accept all major credit/debit cards, except American Express. All payments are processed by WorldPay. Your payment card details are not passed on to Harrogate Flower Shows/North of England Horticultural Society.
RETURNS POLICY
All purchased tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Tickets (unless purchased as an Any Day Ticket) are valid for the selected day only and cannot be transferred to another day.
EMAIL SECURITY
Emails/attachments issued by Harrogate Flower Shows/North of England Horticultural Society are intended for the named recipient only. If a message has been received in error, please delete and advise Harrogate Flower Shows/North of England Horticultural Society by messaging [email protected].
Please be aware that e-mail is not a 100% secure communications medium. Whilst Harrogate Flower Shows/North of England Horticultural Society take steps to ensure that any e-correspondence is virus free, we recommend maintaining appropriate IT practice in order to negate any potential issues.
IMAGERY
Film and photographs of the show may be taken by third parties for use in media opportunities and may also be used to promote the activities of the NEHS, Harrogate Flower Shows and its partners.
PETS AT THE EVENT
Pets are not permitted at events staged by Harrogate Flower Shows/North of England Horticultural Society. Assistance dogs are welcome.
