All exhibitors and participants are required to read, understand, and adhere to the guidance set out in our Exhibitor Handbook and Rules & Regulations. They provide essential information, helping exhibitors prepare effectively and ensure a smooth and successful experience at the show. It is important that all participants familiarise themselves with the contents in advance.

In organising the Harrogate Spring and Autumn Flower Shows, our aim is to present attractive, educational, and high-quality exhibits that both inspire and inform visitors. At the same time, we seek to provide exhibitors with an excellent platform to showcase and promote their products to a wide audience.
